Hammock Product Warranty

HiHi LABO ^TM hammock products (hammocks, chair hammocks, hammock stands) come with a basic warranty of 90 days (3 months) from the time of receipt.

If the hammock, hammock chair, or free-standing stand is damaged within 90 days due to a product defect, we will replace it with a new product. If a similar product is not available, we will issue a refund.
*Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping fee when returning the product.

Please note that even within the warranty period, we will replace the product for a fee in the following cases.

・Failure to follow the instructions for use, maintenance, etc. described on this site or in the "Hammock Owner's Book" attached to the product. In the case of damage ・ Product failure or malfunction due to natural disasters such as fire, earthquake, flood

①Please contact us by e-mail or contact us within 7 days from the arrival of the product, or within 180 days if there is a quality problem.

②Please pack the hammock hammock chair in the packing material when the product arrives.

③Return

④ After confirming that there is no problem with the returned product or bundled items, we will exchange it for an equivalent product or issue a refund (including cancellation of the credit request).
